FlareNames ("we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use https://flarenames.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Contact data you submit. Name, email, phone, company, and any message you send via our inquiry forms or when purchasing a domain.

Transaction data. When you buy a domain through our escrow partner, we receive confirmation of the sale, the domain involved, and the amount — we do not receive your full payment card details.

Usage data. Pages viewed, device type, browser, referring URL, and an IP address truncated for analytics. We do not sell this data.

Cookies. Essential cookies for session handling and optional analytics cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and process domain sales.
• To coordinate escrow transfer and ICANN-compliant registrar handoff.
• To improve the site and detect abuse.
• To send transactional emails you'd reasonably expect (receipts, transfer updates).

We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share only the minimum necessary data with: our escrow partner (Escrow.com), your registrar of record to complete domain transfers, and service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics). All providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Data retention

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up meaningfully. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 6.

5. Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS. Payment and escrow flows are handled by Escrow.com, which is ICANN-accredited. We follow reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (CCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date above.
